Beginning her acting career by appearing on The New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came through her next role playing Naevia in the drama about historical events Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared on a lot of television shows during the past ten years, such as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt is currently playing Mazikeen who is a character on Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fable Lucifer. Brandt was raised in Cape Town South Africa and after that, she moved into Auckland New Zealand with her family in her late teens Her first job was as a model when she appeared in print advertisements and commercials.
